Why I started Orderly OS
Over the last few years, I spent a lot of time observing independent sellers, handmade creators, and small businesses selling through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
I noticed that many were managing customer conversations, orders, payments, and products across multiple tools while also handling marketing, production, and customer relationships themselves.
The more I learned about social commerce, the more I realized that conversations were becoming the storefront.
That's why I started building Orderly OS — a platform designed to help sellers manage their business from one place so they can spend less time organizing operations and more time serving customers and growing their business.
